GeForce NOW News: Kena: Bridge of Spirits & Life is Strange: True Colours Among 34 Games This Month

We have a lot to get through today. In total, September should see 16 brand new games arrive day & date onto the service including titles such as Life is Strange: True Colours, Kena: Bridge of Spirits, Lemnis Gate & Hot Wheels Unleashed. We got 43 games in August and September as it stands will see 34 games onboarded. 13 of those come today, 4 of which are day & date releases.




Song of Iron is first out the gates this week. Landing day & date, August 31st, a 2.5D side-scrolling action-adventure in which you hold the axe of a fallen foe. Worn and dented, it will suit its purpose. What lies ahead is still a mystery, your goal is not. To save your people you must find the Great Temple of the Gods, but do not expect a warm welcome. Pick this one up from Steam for around £16.


Embark on a journey to a realm overrun by demons in a new epic RPG from the creators of the critically acclaimed Pathfinder: Kingmaker. Explore the nature of good and evil, learn the true cost of power, and rise as a Mythic Hero capable of deeds beyond mortal expectations. Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous releases today and will be available on Steam & Epic for around £43.


WRC 10 FIA World Rally Championship has been hailed by reviewers and professional drivers, the standard-setting off-road racing simulation has been reinvented! Reach the 2021 season podium, and to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the competition, relive the highlights at the wheel of legendary cars. WRC 10 releases today and is available from Steam and Epic for around £40.


The final day & date release this week will be Golf Club Wasteland on September 3rd. Human life has been wiped out and earth is now a golf course for the ultra-rich. The rich fled to Mars but venture back to a desolate Earth for a round of golf. Each hole in the wasteland offers its own little story and possible puzzle to sink the perfect shot. Play through destroyed brutalist monuments, crumbling shopping malls, and abandoned museums as neon signs and poignant graffiti take swings at current events, Silicon Valley culture and humanity. No price on this yet but will be available from Steam.


Yoku Island Express will be free to claim from the Epic Games Store today. Use a unique blend of pinball mechanics, platforming and open world exploration to unlock the secrets of Mokumana Island. Flip and bump our pint-sized protagonist around the stunning hand-painted island on your quest to rebuild the post office, and wake an old god from its deep slumber.


Deepest Chamber is a deck-building game with roguelike elements set in a fantasy world where peril lurks at every step. Keep your cards close to your chest as you encounter droves of battle-hardened foes that will stop at nothing to turn your underground dwelling into a grave. You can pick this one up from Epic for around £11.


Devil Slayer - Raksasi is a top-down action game with procedurally generated dungeons, profound roguelike elements, and intuitive soul-like fighting. It's a fair and challenging game, dodging, timing, striking, you need to master them all to fight your way out of this cursed world. You can pick this up from Steam for around £12 and it has had very positive reviews since its April release.


Dorfromantik is a peaceful building strategy and puzzle game where you create a beautiful and ever-growing village landscape by placing tiles. Explore a variety of colourful biomes, discover and unlock new tiles and complete quests to fill your world with life! Available from Steam, in early access, you can pick this up for only £7.99 and it comes with overwhelmingly positive reviews.


Embark on an adventure in a gothic-noir world, where mad science threatens the peace between monsters and mortals. The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing: Final Cut is the definitive edition of the trilogy with six playable classes and a new endgame mode with a huge variety of open missions! Released back in 2015 this game is still retailing on Steam for around £30


IronSight® is a futuristic military, free-to-play, First Person Shooter(FPS), based on the battle over natural recourses between armed forces and private military corporations, equipped with cutting-edge weapons and drone systems. The realistic gameplay will throw the player into the middle of intensive situations as the player progresses through various different locations. You can hop on this one via Steam this week.


Nine to Five is a free-to-play 3v3v3 first-person shooter, where you outsmart the competition. Modify your loadouts, customize your weapons and team up with your colleagues on shifts around the globe to climb up the corporate ladder. Nine to Five is in Early Access and is free to play via Steam. Highly recommend giving this one a try folks, brings something different to the competitive online FPS genre.


The penultimate game this week is Paint the Town Red, a chaotic first-person melee combat game set in different locations and time periods. The voxel-based enemies can be punched, bashed, kicked, stabbed and sliced completely dynamically using almost anything that isn't nailed down. You can pick up this recently released game from Steam for around £16.


Our final game this week is Shadow Man Remastered. This version comes with 3 new levels, new audio from the original game’s composer. New music and SFX for the restored levels and restored cut voice dialogue in levels. You can switch between the original textures and the new high-resolution textures. Improved graphics quality, improved controls and a bunch of fixes bring the game into the 21st century. You can pick this up from the Epic Games Store for around £16.



The rest of September doesn’t look half bad either. We’ll go further in-depth as and when these games release but for now let’s run down this list for the rest of this month’s games;
