GeForce NOW News: Far Cry 6 & Riders Republic Coming October + 10 More Games This Week.

Welcome to another weekly round-up of your GFN Thursday News. Two upcoming Ubisoft titles have been announced for the service today, Rainbow Six Siege is free to play this weekend and 10 games are being onboarded this week. Three day and date releases and a couple of games out there can be picked up completely free.

Ubisoft Day & Date Releases

Free Game From Ubisoft

You can head over to the Ubisoft Store right now and grab yourself a free copy of Far Cry 3. You have until 8 AM BST, September 11. Go pick it up and play via GFN today.

Rainbow Six Siege Free Play Weekend

Rainbow Six Siege is free to play this weekend from September 9 to the 12th. If you happen to enjoy this game during the free play weekend you could save up to 80% when purchasing from the Ubisoft Store.

GFN Games In & Out of Maintenance

Feels like a lifetime ago we first reported this but I can confirm today that Crusader Kings III, Stellaris & Hearts of Iron IV are finally out of maintenance.

However, Conan Exiles' DLC issue is still ongoing and Divinity: Original Sin 2 is now under maintenance as the team works on a fix with the latest update.

GFN Thursday Games

Bus Simulator 21 was released on September 7 and is already streaming on the service. Available via Steam for £30, you can experience the daily life of a bus driver in two open-world cities either in the USA or Europe. Drive up to 30 licensed buses by international manufacturers across single-player and multiplayer game modes.

Dice Legacy is a dice-based survival city builder set on a mysterious ringworld. Your ship has reached the shore of an uncharted continent. This one releases on Steam tomorrow with no price announced just yet.

Free to Claim from the Epic Games Store this week, Sheltered is a deep and emotional survival management game. You take on the role of protecting four family members who, after a global apocalypse, have found their way to a deserted shelter.

Life is Strange: True Colours will be available day & date September 10 from Steam. A choice of Standard, Deluxe and Ultimate Editions are available that range in price from £40 to £65.

Framed for your father’s murder, you’ll need to do whatever it takes to unveil the real culprit. Tackle thrilling missions for the criminal underworld - just don’t let the cops track you down! American Fugitive is available from Steam for £18.

An unimaginable plague has been released in San Francisco, turning the population into mutated creatures hellbent on spreading the Pangu Virus. Cepheus Protocol comes in early access this week with very positive reviews for this RTS title that is available on Steam for around £16.

Encased: A Sci-Fi Post-Apocalyptic RPG is a classic isometric role-playing game set in a dystopian environment allowing you to fight enemies, explore the hostile wasteland, level up your character and join one of the forces in the ruined world that survived through the horrific Incident, isolated from the rest of the world. You can pick this up from the Epic Games Store this week where it’s on sale right now for around £20.

Infinifactory is a sandbox puzzle game by Zachtronics, the creators of SpaceChem and Infiniminer. Build factories that assemble products for your alien overlords, and try not to die in the process. Pick this up from Steam for around £20.

POSTAL Redux is a high definition remake of the classic dark and surreal twin-stick isometric shooter. Take control of The Postal Dude as he fights to survive in a world gone mad with violence. This remake comes with cooperative play and can be purchased from Steam for only £4.99.

Our final game being onboarded this week comes from the Epic Games Store in the form of Transport Fever 2. The classic transport simulation game is available for around £32 and you can discover a whole new world by navigating transport routes through land, water and air.
